| Is Our Website Secure? Poetic Players is a site that allows you to shop all you want on it's site and then uses a secure Paypal shopping cart to accept payment. PayPal is commonly known for accepting payments on websites such as ebay and is well known as a safe way to accept internet payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Poetic Players accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as credit card payment options. We also accept PayPay and bank transfer payments as well.
Can you take orders by phone or fax?
Right now we are not setup to take phone or fax orders.How will the charge appear on my statement?.
It is important to note that the charge that will appear on your statement will be POETICPLAYE and for those that longer names POETICPLAYERS will appear.How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is a flat $3.00 per item.
How long will it take for my item to ship?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping does not happen on weekends, so if you order from Friday evening until Monday morning, your order will not be processed until Monday. Delivery is by the US Postal Service (USPS) and will generally take 2-4 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept exchanges on unworn merchandise. To make an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you received the wrong item, it can be sent back and replaced with the right one. You will not be responsible for shipping costs.
